"Frère Jacques, Frère Jacques,
Dormez-vous? Dormez-vous?
Sonnez les matines, sonnez les matines
Ding ding dong, ding ding dong."
That was what I was humming to myself when Casandra got arrested. Thats what I will be humming when she gets the dementors kiss. Thats what life is now. A solitary french lullaby.
                                                                            ********************

Severus Snape never thought that Casandra Marie Claire would actually go through with her threat to kill Caitlyn Rogers and Chamomile Kyo. That Gryfindoor never seemed the type. Shy Quiet and Potters best friend.
Thankfully only one of the girls died. Well not thankfully. But at least it was the ravenclaw and not the introverted slytherin he had taken a liking to.
Whether it be her spunky attitude, disregard for rules or peculiar style. He did not know. Nor did he care. All he knew is that she was his step-daughter and that was all that mattered.

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
