The Raichands are back. And this time, there's a whole new generation of them. Set 20 years after the movie, this roller-coaster of a story depicts the now parents - that is, Anjali and Rahul, as well as Pooja and Rohan - deciding how their kids will carry on their legacy. All this, begins with marriage, of course.
Unfortunately, a fiasco of epic proportions seems inevitable when the Raichand boys fall in love with the wrong girls. Not to mention that their family members can't seem to agree on who they want as their daughters-in-law.
Social differences may have been an issue before, but now there are also differences in religion, ideals, and culture...
