It was a bright afternoon, and Taylor Reynolds and her best friend, Alex Parker, we're walking home from school, when a strange man approached them. He went on about how the end of the world will come with the opening of a door.
Thinking it was nonsense, Taylor and Alex brushed it off, not knowing the dangers that lie ahead.

Beth white doesn't get treated fairly in her pack house, yes she's were wolf but when she turns 17 and gets the chance to find her mate and actually be happy. He rejects her, and she doesn't take it lightly. She runs off to find a new family and a second chance - "Mate." Matthew Parker was one of my closest friends out of our whole group. He and I had been practically inseparable since we met at a park at around 10 years old.
