Octavia Blake wasn't the only second child on the Ark.
Finn Collins was one also. Nobody knew because his brother sacrificed himself to get arrested. For some reason, his brother wasn't dead yet, even though he is older than 18. Guess your wondering who the brother is exactly.
Alec Collins was his name.
Alec was very disappointed when he found out that Finn got himself arrested, he wanted Finn to have a normal life on the Ark, well as normal as it can possibly get.
Alec was very mad at Finn. Until he met the most beautiful girl he was ever seen in his whole life.
Octavia Blake.
Alec Collins wasn't afraid of anything. He could kill anything in a second from the skills he has learned from being in a cell.

Freya couldn't forgive Bellamy for the consequences, and their once-strong bond shattered. Their friendship turned into avoidance and resentment, with both cutting all contact. When Octavia, along with 99 other teenaged prisoners awaiting their death sentence, was scheduled to be sent to Earth in a desperate attempt to save humanity, with the Ark's dwindling life-support threatening its survival yet again, everything changes. Determined to protect her against the unknown, Bellamy and Freya both sneak onto the dropship, forcing them to confront their fractured relationship in the harsh realities of a new world.
