Princess Cendrillon of the Cerise Kingdom is slowly dying from an illness. The King can't bear to watch his daughter in so much agony so he calls forth one of his best knights, Rowan. She must got into the forest of Istilis and find the witch who inhabits the forest. Rowan must convince or force the witch to heal Cendrillon.
Rowan immediately accepts the quests considering that Cendrillon is her best friend. The king demands no failure so he sends three criminals with her. Rowans asks the king changes his mind. Begging that she can do it alone. For she fears her secret of being a female will be exposed. The king not knowing that she is a female simply denies her request.
She sets the out on the Journey with three criminals. Each one with a shadier past than the other but loving each other like family. On the journey she meets a mysterious yet kind man and a young girl who claims to be from the future who joins them. The one question that crosses her mind as she meets the man is Was he the one that she had saved before?
Rowan has no time to answer that question though as her deadline for the princess is getting closer. The band of five and her travel together across to the country together.Along the way there they also meet so many different people and creatures. Some kinder willing to help, while others more fierce and ready to kill.
Rowan faces many trials, changing her both for the better and the worst. Will she survive this journey or fall into despair?

It was a poor, shivering, elderly woman seeking shelter from the bitter winter storm. Repulsed by her haggard appearance, the prince dismissed the woman. As a gift, the old woman offered the prince a single rose, but when he dismissed her again, the woman's outer appearance melted away. Only to reveal a beautiful enchantress. The prince begged for forgiveness, but it was too late - for she could see there was no love in his heart. The enchantress cursed the prince, transforming him into a hideous beast - and if he was unable to learn to love another, and earn their love in return by the time the last petal from the rose she offered had fallen, he would remain a beast forever. But the enchantress also placed the curse upon his innocent castle staff, who were transformed into antiques; suffering for the prince's mistake(s) in small, rusting, metallic bodies. Life was hard enough for the staff, but now - it was unbearable. ~ This story will go through the staff's struggles before, DURING, and after they were cursed.
