Brooklyn Williams has never really had a boyfriend. At least, that holds true if a fifth grade "romance" doesn't count. It's not that she's ugly. It's not that she's stuck up. She just isn't interested, which is a happy medium between her best friend's still-steamy, three-years-and-counting thing, and her aunt's Absolutely No Men Ever Again policy. Enter Luke: a cute, quirky boy with a steady job and big plans. As Luke prepares for his future the summer before college, he decides to make Brooklyn be there, along for the ride. And he may just make her realize that crushes (and love) can be simple. No silver platters, no glitz and glam. Just love.

That leads to their relationship growing closer and closer. What will sum up if the two were meant to be, but suffer from their pasts? -WARNING- I WROTE THIS WHEN I WAS IN 6TH GRADE AND I PROMISE MY WRITING HAS IMPROVED BYe
