Dakota Storm is a beautiful, talented twenty-six year old basketball player originally from Pennsylvania, but now currently lives in San Francisco.
Her life is going nowhere until she meets Stephen Curry, a skillful, but sexy guy with a passionate talent for basketball.
Dakota takes an instant disliking to Stephen, who is also best friend Klay's teammate.
However, when an opponent on hurts Dakota during a game, Stephen springs to the rescue. Dakota begins to notices that Stephen is actually rather kind at heart.
But, the pressures of Stephen's job as the Point guard for the best team in the NBA leaves him blind to Dakota's affections, and Dakota takes up basketball while still rehabbing to try and distract herself.
Finally, when athletic NBA shooting guard and her best friend, Klay Thompson, threatens to come between them, Stephen has to act fast. But will they ever find the passionate love that they deserve?
