Chase Madison had a tough childhood. Raised in a broken home and struggling with undiagnosed ADHD, he was constantly in trouble, injured, and outcast. Life didn't get much better as an adult. (I cannot stress this enough... READ THE FIRST GODDAMN VOLUMES) The team have been through alot. A wannabe god, evil versions of themselves, and Mad hatters. But when they come back home they find that someone wants them dead, especially Mike. {I kind of want to rewrite this story. It's pretty short and I made it in high school so it's not amazing, I feel like I could do better with it. He does have some trauma that catches his kidnappers attention, perhaps he might have a change of heart. Honestly, this was kind of, I don't want to say fun because of the context, but it sort of was in a way. Thinking about the concept of psychic powers I couldn't help but laugh a little but hey, if you're intrigued then please enjoy. After the war, humanity established the Human-Alien Defense Force (HADF), with the main goal of ensuring the safety of planets and their inhabitants. When my brother graduated from school, he joined the HADF as an officer. He mentioned that his primary objective was to ensure safety and security. I was different from others, not with superpowers, but with exceptional intelligence. I could solve any problem, learn any language, even ancient ones, and build anything just by looking at it once. I would be valuable to the HADF if they knew about me, but my brother prefers to keep me hidden, and I like it that way. I've only helped him a few times when he asked for it. My parents never understood me. When my brother became an officer, they grew distant and eventually left. My brother took care of me and stopped searching for our parents.
