This story is based in an apocalyptic setting; highlighting the story of a man who loses his wife fighting beasts from Purgatory (using the definition of Purgatory used in the TV series, Supernatural) and is left to raise his son. The man goes on an endless search for the being that murdered his wife while his son joins in his hunting escapades, trying to keep his father out of trouble and away from death's wings.

This book follows four teenagers from four different parts of the U.S. when their lives are dramatically changed one day. When zombies become real and more than just horror movies and scary books, they're forced to fight to stay alive. (The book is under editing right now, and I'll be changing the location of the safe haven from Columbus to Cincinnati. I didn't really think it through when I first wrote this but I think that Cincinnati would make a little more sense. When I turn the corner I see a boy about 20 and am hit with an overpowering smell something like fresh cut wood and autumn leaves. It is amazing. I see the guy turn towards me and duck behind the house I am standing by before he sees me. Nope! Not him! Not happening! I hear footsteps coming towards me and run. Into the woods I find a pine tree. Perfect! Pine trees are great hiding places. The branches hide you visually and the smell masks your scent. I climb up as quickly as I can and watch the guy approaching. He circles my tree looking around but eventually gives up and goes back towards the houses. "Mate!" My wolf happily purs. "Not him!" I respond. "Denial." She says. "Refusal." I counter and she growls at me. "You will NOT reject him!" She orders. "He is a bully!" "He is mate!" After years of talking about it I'm finally doing it, this character was started soooooooo many years ago on a little web site called "Roblox." I tend to live in the past sometimes, just can't seem to let things go. this story is about the character I created over years of role play. I was getting ready to start my senior year of high school when my dad was offered a promotion in an ally pack. He was our alpha's younger brother. (In other words my uncle is the Alpha.)
