I'll be honest, I'm pretty new at this. This story only has three chapters at the moment, so I will not put a full description here, for I am not sure what direction it will be going. Please leave hateful comments at the door, but helpful criticism is encouraged. Thanks :)

This story is based in an apocalyptic setting; highlighting the story of a man who loses his wife fighting beasts from Purgatory (using the definition of Purgatory used in the TV series, Supernatural) and is left to raise his son. The man goes on an endless search for the being that murdered his wife while his son joins in his hunting escapades, trying to keep his father out of trouble and away from death's wings.All Rights Reserved

(The book is under editing right now, and I'll be changing the location of the safe haven from Columbus to Cincinnati. I didn't really think it through when I first wrote this but I think that Cincinnati would make a little more sense. Sorry for any confusion!) *************** BEING REWRITTEN I started writing this at 14, and it started out as something I made just for fun. The story was mostly imporvised, and I don't like how it's turned out. I've had a lot of new and hopefully more interesting ideas, and there's so much that I decided to rewrite the whole thing completely. The story will be very different but the characters will be the same for the most part. It'll have the same style of writing with the different points of view, but separated between books instead of chapters, and I already have a storyline laid for the first 2 or 3. I tend to live in the past sometimes, just can't seem to let things go. this story is about the character I created over years of role play. He takes his chance and grabs her, but much to his dismay looks can be deceiving. As it turns out this man is actually a vampire and the girl he thought was the perfect victim was actually anemic. Sadly for him he just found out the hard way that anemic blood doesn't taste very good. Shortly after attempting to drink the young girls blood he starts to fret over her health wanting to control her diet and wanting to put her on medicine to get the iron levels in her blood system up. Sadly for him she will have none of it. She can take care of herself she doesn't some random man who just tried to eat her to do that for her. None the less he won't take no as an answer.

I of course would suggest you read it and pause at the point I marked to read "Markie" but the choice is yours. Story excerpt "Come on Ryan leave me alone!" A boy yells. "You started it Francis... come on pup don't start that with me... I don't have time for this! GO HOME!" I felt the command. I see the little 8 year old boy from last night run away crying, one of Ruby's cousins. When I turn the corner I see a boy about 20 and am hit with an overpowering smell something like fresh cut wood and autumn leaves. It is amazing. I see the guy turn towards me and duck behind the house I am standing by before he sees me. Nope! Not him! Not happening! I hear footsteps coming towards me and run. Into the woods I find a pine tree. Perfect! Pine trees are great hiding places. The branches hide you visually and the smell masks your scent. I climb up as quickly as I can and watch the guy approaching. He circles my tree looking around but eventually gives up and goes back towards the houses. "Mate!" My wolf happily purs. "Not him!" I respond. "Denial." She says. "Refusal." I counter and she growls at me. "You will NOT reject him!" She orders. "He is a bully!" "He is mate!" "He commanded that kid when he could have just talked to him! He is a bully with no patience!" "He is an Alpha!" She purrs with pride at his rank. I don't care! "I don't want him!" "The one you want isn't mate. He isn't yours. He isn't interested... I want mate!" "No." I block her out and climb down the tree.
