The Line In The Middle

Everything else about him is really just an unknown blur. Still being only open to a handful of people, he finds it troubling to embrace his sexuality to the general public. Why was there a boy in my room? There was a boy in my room! "Shoo, shoo." I whacked him with the umbrella as he backed up next to the window. All I did was make a wish. Just a few words I called a sentence and a few sentences I called a paragraph. How was I supposed to know that it would turn out like this. What even was this? I was him. He was me. We were...we? Noah moved to a new town just a few weeks before school starts back up again. He meets a few people on his bus and they end up best friends. One of them tells them about a party that they got invited to. They invite Noah and their other friend along. Noah gets sort of lost but finds his way to a corner. He hangs out there for a while until he feels someone bump into him. He's the one who says sorry and the other questions It. The question soon gets taken back. Someone calls the others name "Logan" Noah knew the boy was hot and he seemed nice, but he never got to ask him Anything. He snaps out of his thoughts when on of his friends show up. Noah asks them if they know anything about Logan and his friend responses with no but he's friends with someone who's friends with Logan. Soon the conversation turns into who can drink more. The next day Noah remembers that his friend said to leave notes in Logan's locker. And Noah does just that. After a while Logan needed to know who was leaving him the notes. He skipped class just to find out, but he got caught and sent to detention. Noah was also there for passing notes in class. Logan groaned an annoyance when he remembered Noah from the party. Then it hit him like a rock. The boy from the party was leaving the notes. The bell rang and before Logan could say anything Noah was gone.
