Fledglings are rare, only created every century or so. And when they are, a special human is chosen to watch over them until they grow their wings.
This is the story of Dean Winchester, the man who was chosen to care for the angel fledgling known as Castiel. At first, Dean wants nothing to do with the creature. As a hunter, it goes against everything he stands for. But slowly, this little fledgling manages to crawl his way into Dean's tough heart. But, what is Dean supposed to do when Castiel's wings finally come in and the angels come to take him back to heaven? Can he fight to keep his little buddy, or will he lose his Castiel forever?

After the End
After ten years, the apocalypse seems to have ended, but no one can figure how, or why. Dean Winchester and his brother, Sam, had been hiding out in their bunker since the apocalypse started, separated from their father, with nobody but each other.
