Darcy Winters, also known as "The Urban Reaper," is an 18-year old renown Orlando, Florida serial killer, who doesn't care who's head he chops off as long as he gets his kill. The catch? He has humanistic qualities just like anyone else. On the night of his 36th murder, he kills a member of The Sons of Murder, an organized society of elite serial killers. They hunt down Darcy, and recruit him to join their Vengeance division, a branch of the Sons of Murder dedicated to bringing retribution to those who bring harm to the Sons of Murder.
