Danny Fenton is Danny Phantom. Danny Phantom is the new ghost king. Nico di Angelo is son of Hades, the demigod Ghost King. The two fight it out for dominance over the Ghost Zone. Only Danny's brother has to choose who the new king is even if that means he has to die to make the choose. And the new phantom is in love with Nico di Angelo.
