The two were both 18 at the time and graduated 2 years ago, and haven't seen each other since the graduation which caused Marinette to lose any faith she had with Adrien.
This caused her to fall deep in love with Chat Noir, her one and only partner in crime. Chat/Adrien still loved Ladybug, and even though she returned the same mutual feeling she agreed to herself that it would ruin their friendship.
Until one night, Chat Noir jumped through Marinette's trap door surprising her. But, the twist is, is that he was drunk.
That caused something to happen. It caused Marinette to get pregnant.
Although she was pregnant with Chat's baby, she didn't tell him. He didn't even remember the night, it was all a blur. She would pass it off as a guy in a bar she met and she doesn't remember him.
What happens next?

Adrien didn't believe her fake facade and looked past her plastic smile, so he decided to visit her one evening after his patrol as Chat Noir with Ladybug. She was not going to let her partner become her worst nightmare. He needed some place to feel safe? She would become that. It became an everyday thing. Chat Noir would visit Marinette every day, they would talk about their days as Chat tried to keep his as dense as possible to not reveal his identity.
