She only had one friend and he was an orphan like her, but she never went into the system. She helped him get through life and though he didn't condone her life of crime he loved her just the same. If you haven't watched it, the Flash that is in that series is none other then Wally West. It's a fantastic cartoon and is what made me fall in love with Wally in the first place.
