Under a new name and a new appearance, Tris must travel back to Chicago if she is to stop a reckless serial killer. But when she finds out Tobias has moved on, and with someone she would have never expected, everything comes crashing down. But will she stay in order to protect the ones she loves and herself? Tris' memory is spared due to her divergence but no one knows. She will have to escape the city with the ones she loves in order to create a lasting future for her and her child.
