A new transfer student enrolls in Fujou High. Kamin Kelly is a girl that is really smart and she can do martial arts and other kewl stuff. Her first day at school was boring and ok. She's transferred into Kenji Kazama's class. At the end of the day, she walks home when she realizes she forgot something at school. She walks back when she sees a blonde girl grabbing one of her classmate's leg over the window, deperately trying not to fall down. She helps out and somehow joins the Game Creation Club. What will this club of hers have in store for our dear Kelly?
