After completing her Army training, Joie deploys to Afganistan with her new team. Being inexperienced in her first tour she struggles to keep up with standards. She offers compassion to the locals in the Taliban war, including 11year-old Afghan girl Bashira. Joie fights to prove herself to the men around her as she gets caught up in a love triangle.

But is love stronger than army regulations?
