My terrible life
Chapter 1
Hi my name is Jake. I have been an orphan since birth. I was adopted into a new family. I immediately hated the family. The dad was a jerk to me, the mom was a bitch, and my new "step siblings" we're completely stuck up. Whenever my siblings do something bad I get blamed for it. My new family left me at their house while they went to the movies. I was in my room listening to music when I heard a noise downstairs. I went to check it out and saw two men with guns. I was gonna sneak upstairs and call the cops but the floor boards sqweaked while I was going up. Of course the men heard me so I bolted out the front door. One of the men came after me. All I did was run not thinking of my surroundings when I
to catch my breath I looked up and saw a car about 2 feet away from me. There was no point in moving. All I could see was a bright light.
