"I'm going to fall..." Rosalie whimpered, looking down the seemingly high drop. They were trying the new 'fireman's pole' at the park, and she was scared. She didn't like heights or the idea of falling down such a high place. "No, you won't!" Finn called up, giving her a soft smile. "I'll catch you!" He had already done it, taking it easily and sliding down it like a pro. Rosalie was always envious of that. Despite being 7 years old, the boy already seemed to excel at everything she wished she was good at. Swallowing thickly, she put her hands on the pole and looked down at him, fear in her eyes. "I'm scared.." He frowned, stepping closer and putting one hand on the pole himself. He hated seeing her upset in any way. "Just grab on and close your eyes. It'll all be fine." He encouraged. "You can do it." And with that, she decided to just go for it. Wrapping her small hands and legs around the pole, she slid down with her eyes closed, only to feel arms around her middle as soon as her feet hit the ground. "I did it! You caught me!" She exclaimed happily, turning around and gave him a big hug, a tight one like she normally did. Finn got that weird feeling in his tummy every time she hugged him, but the good weird. The kind of weird that made him never want to let go. "Of course! I'll always catch you, Rosa." He smiled, happy that she had gotten over her fear. "Always?" Rosalie looked at him with wide eyes. Finn didn't lie to her ever, so this must be the real deal. "Always."
