PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is one of the most common hormonal disorders found in women. I have recently been diagnosed with this disorder and I am willing to share my experiences as I go through research, treatment, and lifestyle through the years to come. No one should be embarrassed to have this disorder; it's just one of those things that happen.

I am writing this to raise awareness--to let other girls and women who have this disorder know that they are not alone. There are millions of us, but only a few have been diagnosed and know they have it. PCOS is known as a "Silent Killer", so let's make it loud.
