It was late at night when she fist met him, she was running away from her family after being scrutinised and ridiculed. Her eyes blurry from the unshed tears, she could not see and had no idea where see was going. She collided with a 6 foot handsome giant, their eyes locked for a few seconds before she bolted again.

The night seventeen year old Kathleen Cage left her family sitting at a restaurant table was right in the middle of senior year. Kathleen has been living in a broken home since she was three years old, now with her parents divorced and Liam, Kathleen's older brother living in another city she was left alone in a house with her mother scrutinises everything she does. Kathleen has a perfect relationship with her dad but with his work and new fiancée it makes it impossible for Kathleen to live with him. And when her best friend leaves her for someone new Kathleen is about to discover new things about herself and the people around her, with the help of the knew friends she meets on her journey of self discovery.
