The Kage have agreed. There is to be a celebration of the alliance forged between them. Can the alliance hold, however, when an ambitious young Shinobi from the Leaf Village crashes the party before it even begins?
Naruto Uzumaki is a simple kid. Give him some ramen, and he'll love you forever. When it is announced to him that a party will be occurring with the other villages, he's very excited. What could possibly happen? It was only a party.
And when he tries to pull off a jutsu he mastered years ago, it messes up due to a disturbance in his chakra flow.
