Oh, what a place to be. No feelings. No life. No time. Iridium. Waking up in this strange place. A place where all her memories from Earth are washed away. 15-year-old Ciara Crassus had always been a good student. One moment she's studying for her exams. Next thing you know, she's standing over a dead body. Standing over with a knife in her hand. Iridium is the place to retrace the steps of her life. Prove the Iridoms that she valued her life and maybe get granted the chance to come back to Earth and fix mistakes. But the thing is, Ciara's "mistakes" were not to be fixed. What happened, was meant to happen.

Dionysus always prided himself on being detached from the pathetic drama of humanity; that way he couldn't be burnt by the emotions that seemed to determine the tangled courses of human lives. This was all before he met Evie Autumn, the girl chosen by the gods who inadvertently flipped his view on the world around. So when Evie leaves him to start her new life in the Underworld, he falls back into his old, uncaring partying ways without even realising it. Despite the popular belief that he's gone completely off the rails, Dionysus is staying somewhat sane. He wouldn't ever admit it to anyone, but the only thing really keeping him from drowning himself in his favourite drink was the task of concentrating on protecting the staff that's been an integral part of who he is since the dawn of time. But then his staff is stolen right out from under his nose. And the only person that can help him get it back before a Dionysus-worthy catastrophe occurs is the ghost of the one person he's ever loved; the one person he never thought he would ever see again.
