This is a short story based on my own experience and feelings.
I wrote it because I want to help people understand mental illnesses a little bit more. And I wrote this for people who can maybe even relate to this. I can tell you that the bottle won't hold forever and that it's alright because it doesn't have to. 

I managed to get out of it and I believe you who can relate to me will too. 

I fully support you on your way back to a life where you don't have to survive everyday. But a life where you can live.All Rights Reserved
