What if you received a letter with a stamping from the St. Louis Correctional Facility? Yes, a letter from jail, from Jeffrey Wilkins whom was, in blunt terms, a serial killer who got himself incarcerated for the murder of his wife and two children.
Frightening isn't it?
Well, that's exactly what happened to Heinz Amsel, who had received a hand-given letter from the murderer right out of the blue, along with the presence of an unknown man.
What did this letter say?
The man that tagged along most likely had no idea what Heinz was reading, everything read cringe-worthy and bringing fear to the innocent.
It will only be a mystery what these letters say when Heinz receives one each day.
