They never knew the fight would happen, nobody did. Most humans thought it was finally Armageddon and started yelling prayers and apologizing for their sins. The demon and the angel in the sky looked powerful while they were fighting, using rays of light and shadows along with swords. When the demon came crashing to earth he nearly missed a young girl's window, he stopped, he knew then who she was and who she will be. 
Delilah (Angel) didn't want to believe it, even if it was right in front of her. 

This is a story of treacherous love, gruesome battles, and incredible devotion. 
Most would say it was like light falling victim to the greedy grasp of the darkness, but Damion (demon) knew better than that.
