It was a beautiful summer day on the beach and everyone was enjoying the sun, fun and especially the water, except for a boy named Takashi Michichio. For him he was feeling the life choked out of him from under the sea but when a blonde mermaid reveals herself to save his life he is forced to take her as her bride.
