Mayflower

May is a freshman at Iowa University, and like most freshman, she is in a world of firsts. Her first time living on her own, her first time struggling with classes, and her first time starting school without her twin sister, April. When April passed away last July at the hands of a drunk driver, everyone told May to take a gap year. Unwilling to let the accident define her, May went off to school anyway. Now faced with boys, parties, and Big Life Plans, May feels like she has lot to prove.
