I smiled at him. I could tell he was being genuine because his cocky smile went away immediately.
"So you'll keep it quiet?"
"My lips are sealed." Nick said putting his cup of punch up to his lips and setting the cup on the table next to him.
"Good." I started to get up from the couch but that boy just had to make me sit down again.
"On one condition." Nick said smiling and holding up a finger.
"What?" I said kind of annoyed. I sat down, yet again.
"I'll keep your secret if you go out with me tomorrow."

"You had no right to do that," I snap, trying my best to out walk him. His chuckle was loud behind me and his hand griped on my forearm, stopping me. Something about his warmth gave me chills all over my body. Something I don't think I ever wanted in the first place. Especially from him and especially now. "Yes I did, and I still do." His hard grip around my arm loosened, and snaked up to lock his fingers through my hair. Oh Momma, what is happening? Being this close to him has been happening way too often for normal. Still, I couldn't break away from this close contact, I was frozen, shocked. "What makes you think that?" My question hit him with humor, and instead of fully responding, he leans his face closer to mine. The smirk on his face stayed once he noticed the affect he had on me. "Because," he whispers out pressing our bodies together. "I'm your Secret Santa," he licks his lips as if he's hungry, then continues, "I can give you anything I want to give you." His free arm wraps around my waist, and he lifts me up during the action before pressing our lips together. The main character is Kimberly. She's an accident prone person who wants nothing but to enjoy her winter. Her friends want the best for her after a terrible break up they witnessed. Every year they all hold the traditional Secret Santa. Somebody from the group believes that they are what Kimberly needs. This is about Kimberly and her crazy winter story about her not so Secret Santa.Complete

"I think I'm gay." I say, leaving out the part about my... exposing dream about him last night. I watched his expression, waiting for some sign that he was angry. I waited for him to call me a faggot, to curse me off and tell me he never wanted to see me again. Instead, I was greeted with his perfect toothy smile. "That's great man, I'm of proud you." He says, patting my arm as he stuffed another cracker in his mouth. "It takes some real balls to come out to someone." He says, his beautiful green eyes blazing into mine. I felt myself become flustered at his gaze. "Uh, Yeah, Thanks." I stumbled out, "You're not mad?" I ask. His expression turns to hurt as he crinkles his eyebrows. "Why the hell would I be mad?" He asks, hesitating on the crackers and pushing them away. "I just thought-it's just- well... you just always seem so pissed when someone mentions the word gay." I spit out words, scared for his reaction. He sighs, "That doesn't fucking mean I hate gays. Normally when I do that it's because someone's using the word 'gay' to hate on them, it just pisses me off, you know?" He asks, bringing the crackers back into his lap and biting into them. On a early Sunday morning; Echo is getting ready to head to her parents house to spend the day with her family. There's a knock on the door. Echo opens it, surprised at the smiling figure of a male looking down at her. "Hi! Is Izzy here?! I have to drop off her notes!" The boys says holding up a yellow note book with Izzy's classic property tag written on it, 'Izzy Is Baby'. "She's not here right now. But you can set it on her desk over there." I say while moving and letting him pass. I close the door and walk to my bed, grabbing the CD's I bought for my younger sisters Evie. He walks to the door and turns the handle but it doesn't open. I turn around when I hear him struggling with the door. "The door won't open." He says pointing to the handle. "Yeah it's been weird the past week or two. You just have to yank on it." I say as I walk up to it to open it. But a loud static sound comes over the speakers. "Hello students of Clover University. It seems we've had a glitch in the locking system. We're not sure how long it will take to repair. So unfortunately you're stuck in the dorms until further notice. We're sorry for the inconvenience." The speakers make a beeping sound then go quiet. I sigh before throwing my bag on my bed and plopping down. I pull out my phone and call my parents, telling them what is happening and that I won't see them until they fix the issue in the system. "Well then. Guess I'm stuck with thee Echo Short!" The boys smiles joyfully before marching over to Izzy's bed and sitting down. "So you know my name but I don't know yours." I say looking at him. He chuckles. "Kai Wells! It's a pleasure to meet you!" He says happily. "Nice to meet you Kai Wells! I look forward to getting to know you buddy." I say with a faint smile before falling back into my bed and plugging in my earbuds. This is gonna be a weird...
