Theo Allison is basically your average twenty-eight-year-old; he's a blogger, probably eats too many microwaveable ramen noodles, and acts like he knows a lot about politics even though he really doesn't. But, putting all that aside, he's actually kind of important: he's a superhero. No, he's not like Batman or Superman, but rather a guy who just decided to put on a snowy owl costume and call himself Bubo. But, yeah, that's pretty much it.
