Tokyo is the capital of Japan.
Kumi Samurakami is her human name.

When she was little, she appears with Ancient Rome, North Italy, and South Italy but when Ancient Rome disappeared and the Italian brothers were getting separated, North Italy to Austria and Romano to Spain, she decided to go with Romano.

But one day a group of men wanted Tokyo for no good reason so they invaded Spain's home. They found Tokyo and took her away from Spain and Romano. They tortured her, but Tokyo successfully escaped from the house they kept her in.

Tokyo then ran to a forest where she meets England and America, so she stays with them until the American Revolutionary War. So she is back in Tokyo and finds Japan then joins the Axis. She meets everyone else in a world meeting and over time she has developed a crush on them.
