Fox has been fighting ever since she can remember. She was raised and trained by the royal guard ever since they found her as a child, wandering the streets of Kivana, stealing in order to live. With no memory except for flashes of a destroyed village, they name her Scarlet Fox, after her hair and cunning thievery. Despite her being a girl, the only warrior with the ability to defeat her is Captain Dimitri, head of the armies and the royal guard, but that's never actually been tested. When Prince Caleb is forced to travel to visit the lesser courts, he choses Fox to accompany him along with 5 guards and a stable hand.The journey, which should have been easy and fast uncovers treacherous schemes, an unlikely friend, betrayal, destiny and maybe even some romance along the way.
