A hopeless romantic girl falls in love with a serious and goal driven boy who fell in love before but was broken. Determined to help him believe in love again, she risks everything. They both take a chance in love but slowly she drifts apart and disappears leaving him hoping for a second chance. They soon cross paths after a few years but everything has changed especially with her - single mom, successful doctor, and engaged, she is not the same as before. Would there still be another chance at love at this point in their lives? Will they still be "the chance" they thought they were to each other?
