Charlotte Wayne, the second child of Thomas and Martha Wayne, born mere months before their brutal murder. She grew up in a private girl's school, being raised to be a perfect lady, only receiving visits from the faithful family butler. When she finally returns to Gotham, at age nineteen, she comes to discover that a vigilante now roams the streets of a once great city. Try as she may to help, her views differ greatly from The Batman's, and in the end she may just have to do things her own way.
