Hey Guys,
My Name is Beth and I am 16 from Australia.
I suffer from Anxiety and Depression and I am slowly falling into an Eating Disorder.
I don't normally enjoy talking about my feelings so I like to express them through writing.
This isn't going to be a normal story, this is a diary which discussed mental disorders and can quite possibly be triggering to some readers.
DISCLAIMER: This book is by no means promoting any mental disorder or eating disorder. If you or someone else is going through this, please go speak to someone, even if you just want to private message me. I am here for all of you.
