I remember when I was a little girl. There was no such thing as stress. I was happy and care-free. Everyone got along, learning was fun and family vacations were almost every weekend. Friends would come over and hangout and would play till it was late at night. It was everything a nine year old could ask for. Until Middle School came around. More homework, more classmates and more peer pressure. Less family time, less hanging out with friends and less confidence. Years later and then it was time for High School. People said that it was better. Lies. Even more homework, peer pressure and moments that you want to forget. Now I'm in the 10th grade. New school year, new people, new assignments and hopefully some new friends. Maybe even a relationship. But who am I kidding. Who would ever want to date me?
But then I met her. A beautiful girl with an adorable personality and a big heart. She came into my life unexpectedly and I welcomed her with loving arms. I was slowly falling in love with her but I knew she would never like me back. Oh but was I wrong. Month after month my love for her grew and grew. She drew me in like a magnet. We acted like the best of friends but I wanted more. I wanted to hold her close to me and tell her that I loved her. I thought that she would never love me until something changed.
