Ally Fisher is one of the very few kids born with a special blood type known as MB+. Children born with MB+ or Magic Blood, develop powers ranging from controlling an element to reading minds. Unfortunately a group of Magic Manipulators known as Takers, have kidnapped Ally and her friends Ginny, David, and Ralph and taken them to what they call Area 54. The Takers need MB+ to make potions and spells, but don't want to fight for the blood they need. Having finally figured out a way to stop Ally's powers from developing it is now up to Ally to keep her friends from suffering the same fate. But how can Ally help her friends escape when she doesn't have powers of her own? and how will she stay alive when the Takers realize that her blood is now useless?
