The experience of the apocalypse, interpreted by Jess, a young girl who's world has just crumbled to the ground in front of her.
Not knowing what to do to cope with the fear our young character is faced with, she tells of everything going on with her, her older brother Dylan, and the world, if you could even still call it that, around them.
If you're into the zombie, odd type stories like that of The Walking Dead, and Zombieland, you should enjoy this story.

The zombie apocalypse started in April. Hannah couldn't fathom how she was able to remember something so irrelevant, although when she has over a year of isolation from any other living human being it's startling as to how much detail and information one person can manage to reminisce. She was 15 years old when it began. Now, she was turning 17 and nothing had gotten better. If anything, everything had become harder. Human extinction was inevitable and the probability of surviving wasn't just slightly possible, it was impossible. Especially when she's alone. Although everyone is curious to know what exactly happened to the grown-ups, it is hard enough to stay alive, let alone go digging for non-existent information.
