If you cut a tree; you cut your own mother - Poems on Environment , Wildlife
This compilation of natural poems is a tribute to infinite elements of Mother Nature in its most glorious form. Each poetic stanza brings out the eternal beauty of the 'Natural Habitat' and proves time and again, that wildlife and nature are the two most quintessential parts of Gods celestial earth. The more Man devastates his own environment to quench his cannibalistic desire, the more he treads on the path to ultimate ruination. Be it an inconspicuous mosquito/leaf/seed or a gigantic human form/tree- by killing either you're committing the greatest sin, because for the Creator every form of life-whether tiny or Herculean is pricelessly equal. One effusively brilliant poem after another, Parekh creates awareness in our burgeoning youth to conserve and protect untamed Environment/Wildlife. The poet exhorts everyone to be blessed with every richness of this planet by letting Nature and Wildlife spawn, just the way it did when the Lord had created this earth millions of years ago. The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Also I wouldn't consider this poetry but it is laid out that way. WARNING Talk of depression, suicide, anxiety, and self harm. Don't read if you don't like things like that and may get triggered. This is a book which contains my poems on different themes which all link back to a woman who abused me when I was young. Have a tee hee silly time!!!
Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order.
