When an “Otaku” (Japanese term for an anime-lover) wished to be an anime character one night, a black magician heard him and make his wish come true. And because of that, when the blue moon appears from above, the black magician used her power to put him in their world named Fanta Valley where fairytale and anime do exist. And now it is on his hand to save that world and his world from that evil magician or else Fanta Valley and the Earth will be under that magician’s hand and will be in great danger.
