Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder and mental health condition that can be life-threatening. one in four people suffer a mental health disorder such as Anorexia, me being one of them. Through out the stages of Anorexia I kept a diary on all of my thoughts and feelings.
Read it, this proves Anorexia is much more than just "Weight"
