Shawn Greyson is a lost soul who drowns all his sorrows in alcohol and sex. He doesn't believe in love or any kind of relationship. He only has a one night stand with a girl from a club he went to. He has never been rejected by any girl he has approached.
That soon changes when he meets a waitress at a local diner. At first he just wants to spend one night with her and throw her away, but he soon realizes that she isn't that easy. Shawn is intrigued by her wonderful personality and cute innocence. She even helps him find who he is and remember how to live again.
