Storia sequel della 3b in cui Isaac e Ethan restano nel branco, ha uno sviluppo totamente diverso dal continuo della storia. Molti dei nuovi personaggi della 4 non sono presenti.
        Dal primo capitolo:
        "Scusa amico" ridacchiò Scott. Alla risata dell'amico Stiles si rasserenò. "Cosa avete deciso di fare?" domandò il ragazzo. Scott divenne serio. "Ethan può restare, ma vogliamo un periodo di pace, abbiamo perso troppe persone dal branco e ci sono stati troppi morti in generale". Stiles annui. "Sono d'accordo". L'umano sapeva bene di essere la causa di tutte quelle morti.
