Seventeen years ago John Till left his wife Esme and newborn daughter Reagan for better things. But now he is back and wants to see them once more. He invites the two to his house by the lake, where the previous year an eighteen year old boy drowned. When Esme and Reagan arrive they find that John is giving shelter to a boy named Mark. He's mysterious, and Reagan likes it. But when John requests that the two live in the house with him Esme is all too willing, but Reagan tries to escape. What will happen when she gets caught by Mark?  What will happen when Reagan tries to find out all the secrets that the lake holds in its dark depths?
