What do you get when a werewolf/human and a vampire/human have three kids? Well, at least one of them is Michael, an apparent human that gets the short end of the stick from birth with a heart defect and has been at the short end for all his life. Always told that he would die from his heart, he never really pursued much. He made his peace and was ready to die, sincd heart surgeries weren't always successful. Then the doctors told him he didn't need surgery, his heart was fine. Now what? College? No choice, his parents dictated his entire life, so he goes, but he chose as far away as he could so he could be away from them. Who knew he would run into a vampire that would change his life forever?

His hand muffled my scream for help, he tries to shush me but I only struggle harder to get away from him. My tears are falling onto his hand but he doesn't care, he buries his nose into the crook of neck and inhales deeply letting out a small growl the same time. I would have done anything for him how could he do this to me. I let out an even louder blood curdling scream when what feels like two very large teeth pierce my skin and sink into my neck roughly. My head starts swimming and my entire body feels fuzzy and unrecognizable. I feel my knees sink underneath me but he wraps his arm around my waist and keeps me held against him. He lets out a loud gasp as he lets go of my neck and the pain decreases and us replaced with a slight stinging sensation. "You're mine now. " he sounds so proud but I can't recognize his voice, he's changed. This can't be him. He loosens his hold and I feel a surge of adrenaline run through me as I throw my elbow hard against his nose and bolt for the door....
