This is the tale of a young boy, who one day, his life changes forever. On an unpredictable chain of events, he meets an alien, travels to a different universe, and becomes a god.
This is also the story of a young troll, who plays a game with his friends.
You probably think you've heard a story like this before. Trolls play a game. Create universe. Humans play same game. Everything ends all happy.
Think again.
Those trolls are part of an uncommon and almost nearly completely unheard of, Glitch Session. This type of session is notorious for its unpredictability, which is exactly what happened. (i.e. Someone having 7 dreamselves, a black hole appearing and absorbing Skaia, I think you get the idea) And despite all these challenges, our troll protagonists managed to beat the game, creating a new universe: ours. Those trolls are then transported out of their session by a first guardian, and into the humans, and it's all downhill from here.

A/N: This is a fairly old book, so I'm rewriting it! On this new planet, Socks meets some new friends, a group of humans he grows fond of. It's peaceful, and, although homesickness is present, he is at peace. But nothing lasts forever. For a little piece of home resides in the shadows. A dark one that, although Socks has never formally encountered, knows all about and had been influenced by greatly. If it weren't for him, he may not even have been on Earth. And that little piece of home...
