Ripple

After the death of his mother, Amos has always been afraid of the ocean. It's only natural being that she drowned.

He's certain that if his father invested in him and his older brother Josef, life might be better. More fun, more fulfilling. But most of the time their father is away on business, leaving the boys to a silent house where servants bustle about, each with secrets of their own.

One night though the silence is shattered, when Josef brings home a creature that is only heard of in the land of make-believe: a mermaid. Josef begs Amos to keep it a secret, and many blissful times are spent watching the creature swim about in the upstairs bathroom.

But when their secret is found out, both boys must fight to keep their precious mermaid safe, and stop the dangerous ripple of destruction that has churned around in their lives.

One act of sacrifice could stop it all, and Amos knows this.
