With new technology from Tony Stark, the team have been able to create some sort of time machine. And the sole purpose of this is to prevent the Winter Soldier.

Adira is the person who will be going in the past to try and change the future of Bucky Barnes. But not all of it. The war was a massive thing and they all know who won it. So you can't change that. But you can change certain things.
