Hook needs a new liver, there's no way around it, he needs a transplant. The problem is that Storybrooke's hospital isn't exactly equipped for non-emergent surgeries, especially transplants which require such precision. I mean they have Frankenstein as their only doctor what do you expect! They have to get him to another hospital, Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital to be exact. 

It has been a little over 3 years since Cameron up, and left the team, and Chase. He says he's moved on, but he hasn't. What happens when one day she, or someone who he thinks is her, shows up in the hospital holding hands with a new man?

How will everyone react the the crazy coincidence (if it is just a coincidence) that Emma and Cameron share?
